i got 4 points except the Search engine part..
still new in SEO

only 1 1/2 mths into adsense

 

The placement, SEO and whatnot is all efficiency related - the traffic is where it counts.

Some of us are good at getting one single website lots of traffic, some of us are good at getting a lot of websites a fair amount of traffic Find out which side you're on.

Use the Overture bid tool, keyword lists, AdWords itself (although that's a little unreliable these days).

One of my favourite methods is checking my junk mail - whatever is a hot topic and pays high will most likely get spammed the most

definately agree with TONS of traffic. i'm only making $x amount a day based on x amount of visitors/pageviews...but if i could double..no triple! that amount my earnings would go up also. sounds easy...but oh so hard.

 

SEO is rather simple to do. Just follow some rules and do it religiously and you should be able to get the ranking...

Mido, i think Art has answered most of the ways to find the profitable keywords, the other 2 methods which i m going to share are,

i) monitoring the crowds trend... from forums, directories and sometimes offline media; magazines and newspapers. Sometimes the trend online are set by the trend offline. For instance, organic food, more and more people are into organic foods ( after eating them ), slowly marketers saw the trend and begun to build sites on organic food.. so offline trend has a part to play for online profits.

ii) self analysis, if that service or product is worth a lot of money to the company who advertise it, he will definitely pay higher per click for that keyword phrase, so that he can get better exposure.

The concept is maximise your exposure on the net = maximise your leverage.
It should help you to maximise the possiblity of maximising your earnings.

I had another to add when looking for new trends:

Check the Google Zeitgeist for emerging trends then compare the searches using Google trends to a term you're ranking particularly well for (preferably a #1 position) in order to calculate relative traffic for that particular term. If you're using actual traffic search figures you can be sure that the traffic is there, and the rest is up to how good you are at ranking (or finding alternative terms to rank for ).

One of the ways is to use directories, and most directories would not require you to have a reciprocal link.

You can either google search your site's theme/ related theme follow by "add url" {health add url} or one way which i found out is to use { topic "Powered by Free PHP Directory Script" } Health "Powered by Free PHP Directory Script"

This should get you some related directories to submit without the need to link them back at least 80% of the time.

And to use this submitting of descriptions and titles 100 times, use this auto form filler to fill 100s of forms with a hundred clicks instead of 100 sets of typing.
