ACs have been very important thing of our life these days but it is very harmful too for our earth. I think something should be done to reduce harm of ACs. What do you think?
i think you'll find a few people out there trying to find other ways which we can still use AC's, just in an environmental way
Ever thought of living in a house built with mud? Just spread water on it in times of extreme heat....and you would always have cool feeling... better than even from an AC! Regards, RightMan
Alternative of AC = Air ... but in the day its so hot that it's now a days necessary for all of us I had a trip to northern areas last month and i was shocked to see that there is no fans in any room as its cold throughout the year Thanks PHYza
I hate AC's because of too much power consumption. I hate AC's because I can't afford buying an AC. lol
To tell you the truth, I have just bought a new split AC since I have moved into a new concrete jungle called Chennai where the temperature is unbearable and couldn't sleep with the ceiling fan / table fan or air cooler. Before that, I lived in a well ventilated house surrounded by shady trees that helped to beat the heat. Plant more trees and build houses that have cross ventilation which will make the air conditioners redundant things...
