lol.. thats not the speed of broadband. that 100.0Mbps is the speed of your modem. :p

Anyways even i am using BSNL Broadband and i get around 256Kbps to 550Kbps. :)(750 UL Home Plan)
Sometimes in a day it also goes upto 1040Kbps.

1500 kbps - rural Australia, rockin' it over some vintage copper that the gold miners threw down in the 1800s :p
Thankfully, it's good enough for everything I need to do (PS3, Skype, etc).

Most of Australia is still in the dark ages when it comes to "high speed broadband". Some of us are still forced to use dialup.

I heard that Australian have a limited bandwidth on their broadband connection. Is that true?

Btw, I'm on 2Mbps ADSL. Just enough to do everything.

Shubhi you are right! The net speed 100kbps is really boring. Have you ever got that like this before?

Most ISPs offer a limited quota. I'm on 15GB, once I reach that, my ISP throttles my connection down to dial up speeds.

Australia is a joke. You should see how we produce electricity  ....
