    I think we can change payee name. But account owner name change can be little difficult.

    Guys! Read his post again.. :D He's giving Google Account and not saying Adsense Account.. He's Google Account can either be with or without Adsense.. approved, declined or worst BANNED...

    This is crazy! Never heard someone giving neither selling their Google adsense account, that is if you are giving your adsense account. This something like "beware buyers".

    I don't think you can give any account away with Google. I would be careful. Why don't you create a new one using different address and credit card and new ISP. Also I am told that sometimes this can help your quality score when doing PPC. The big guns always have more than one google account especially for adwords.
