If you go on the website and view the pages you will see image Adsense. 9 & half hours until bidding is over!

 

Just over two hours until bidding closes. Please note that i am from the Uk so my time zone will be quite late at night when bidding closes. So once highest bidder is established please allow between 8-10 hours before you send payment, then all passwords and set up and information will be sent.

You said it can be done w/ autoupdater, so why wouldn't you keep it??

 

Well having the site on auto update doesn't really have anything to do with the way that i am making money for the site, I'm assuming when you said auto update you meant the articles. I think i said the site isn't currently on auto update, but this can be done.
Some work is involved in the website, around an hour to an hour and a half a day. With occasional monitoring. The reason i would sell the site is, who's to say i can't keep doing this with a wide range of niches? With other systems.

You are telling me you can do this with other systems. That is fine, but if you have 10 of these sites making $30 a day vs. 10 of these sites getting you a total of $5000, you would take the $5000? over just working for 20 days and getting $6000?

It really doesn't make sense. I understand selling it if you are getting $5000, but not $500 like this auction is getting you.

 

I agree with what neal41835 says and I still dont see any adsense codes or adsense ads on the website which is quite suspicious.

 

Something here doesn't make sense. Image ads from adsense getting 25% CTR? you gotta be kidding me buddy.

Do you have adsense stats with channels? Someone who can make that money from adsense for a single website must be having at least 10 sites in his adsense account but you show global stats not channels.

 

The adsense image advert can be found within new posts or pages, for example: This page I opened for test purposes only http://www.footballmatchnews.co.uk/test. Yes this is being sold cheap, I expected to get $1000 for it. Yes you can do this with other sporting niches with the system with a range of websites, not all at the same time, only one website per person would work.

You couldn’t have say ten websites running at say one time. This would be one website running at one time only. Literally!
What I was trying to say was, what's stopping me from opening a similar website with the same or a different niche using that system, also making money from this sale.

Yes it is possible to get 25% CTR , as this system shows, to explain how it works would be damaging to myself. No I do not have adsense channels as I only have one website connected to adsense.

guys, he has adsense code in single post page of his wordpress theme.. but how about the content? does dailymail.co.uk have a problem if you post their content on your blog?

 

No, not if it's sourced , plus doesn't matter, as they offer as well as hundreds of sports websites , RSS feeds which would automatically upload their content for free anyway/. If anything the content doesn't matter to much really, just there to show example of content of what can be written there for personal purposes.
