Watch out for these scammers, they have no support, much downtime they do nothing everything is wrong with these guys AVOID AVOID!!!

 

Are any of your cPanels working? Can you download Backups and stuff?

 

... and don't bother to get master reseller from them because they will charge you $10 for 5 sub-reseller, unless you buy their master reseller for one year which is rather expensive. Stick with their reseller or shared hosting. Their support isn't professional at all in terms of customer support. Just my 2 cents. I am ex-customer of webthosting.

 

You have copied lots of content from our site. As you already have been notified, you are requested to remove the copied content. Stealing content is the most unprofessional part.

Well, to know that you'll have to contact him personally, or wait until his ban expires... should that ever happen.

 

Too bad I didn't see this before - they got me too! This is by far the most unprofessional hosting provider I've ever seen in my entire life - You could run a better business with no experience!

These guys are only after your money and try using every loophole available to stick you with the bill. I ordered then canceled my order before they even set up the SERVER! I canceled my order using their infamous "Button" only 10 minutes after ordering it and they still set it up hours later!!!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WEBTHOSTING.COM THEY'RE SCAMMERS! SCUM! EVIL!

 

Please answer this first, did not you agree to our TOS while signing up? It clearly states there is no refund for a VPS. Also there is no refund for making a chargeback. So you have 2 reasons to not get a refund, you have agreed to our TOS.

It's alright - I opened a ticket with paypal - along with this URL. All the complaints about you being a scammer - gosh that can't be good

Oh yeah - shouldn't you be suspending my account now for it? Just so you could scare me into NOT opening one up with paypal - Hmm wonder why you added that little tidbit in your ToS... Probably because you've lost so many claims

 

When the claim is done the money is not with us, so it is justified that we suspend your account since we do not provide free service.
