you need to create a community for your site, and u can create a stickiness for your website with community people, let's say people who want to learn Japanese. try and market for example, like a forum.. along with your site. Also start a blog and write once a week for site updates, like, what's the status with the site, if u do regularly, you will definitely get more traffic.. moreover, you get more pages indexed by forum and blog.. best marketing is creating a quality content and correct linkage.
