Website is like baby you have to care about every day and , eventually, one day when you get old( hope sooner than that), its gonna take care of you.Until then, make your website grow and read and learn how to make it smarter.
There is no short cut. Just build links using various methods such as article submission, link exchange, SE directory submission, blog commenting, forum posting and etc..Be consistent to build backlinks to your blog and you will see your blog traffic improved.
