No refunds will be issued if abuse of our stated policies forces UnderHost to suspend or terminate your services prematurely. In the event you request account cancellation before 14 days, a refund fee of 10$ was applicable for service if needed. no refund issued after 14 days. once your service has been cancelled your account will be suspended from use.
