Maybe because of the bookmark ? Named " FastBrowsing" : you can add a list of your prefered websites and visit them easily every time you open browser if globasearch is your homepage Don't think this may be usefull ?
Good logo, can be improved though. If you developed the script, it's awesome. good luck with the web.
Why would I set this as my homepage? What does this possible have over google? Also why is everyone flattering this?
The only one think that make someone change the website as homepage, is that he can add bookmark IN the page. in bottom of the search box, there is a "FastBrowing" section where you can add your favorite websites... Every time he opens the browser, he will see the bookmarks IN the page, so it will help him . Don't you think this is a reason to make it homepage ?
pretty good design and the engine seems to be working fine. still, it's a long way until you can even think of comparing it to google.
I gotta agree with what Rande273 says. It's pretty pointless unless you can get a lot of people to actually use it but that might be hard, but it looks good. Good job.

NO! Have you seen the options on the Google personal homepage ? It can't compare to having all your contacts, bookmarks, feeds, email, Google talk, and IM, News, movie times, horoscope, and every other customization that you can do with just using the original. I can see that you put some work into it, but it's a Google search engine...there is already a Google, so I really don't get it. You haven't done anything that Google hasn't already offered for years.
Maybe you have right ? But not all peaople know about iGoogle. I think I will add an option to make user can change the logo to his name ... And maybe to enable him to save his searches ... I mean when he do searches, in the result page it will be a small button: Save this search results. And when he comes back, it will see links to all his saved searches. Do you think this will be good ?
