    I havent really played with ad networks in awhile but it seems most of them are paying really low right now.

    What all networks are paying high rates right now? (What kind of rates are they paying)

    You should check various names such as: Neverblue Ads, Hydra, XY7 & Marketing Leverage... all very good.
