You may need to improve your site's contents to be more quality.

did they tell you Which guidelines your were breaking, did they gave you the authorization to use their name on your site and talk about an "invisible status". They are probably pissed off for the content on your site. And the other site, the games site is linking to this other, factor that could be causing it to not index on yahoo as well

There are many sites that do that, take for exemple yahoo-status.com, the domain contains their name and they are still indexed. I removed the banner from zuzugames.com and resubmited both sites. I hope they "unban" me.

check robots.txt, if no problem then go to yahoo webmaster control panel to check the status of your website.

You should start submitting site map to yahoo. Make sure everything is available in Yahoo webmaster control panel and your site’s contents to be relevant and back link natural. Goodluck^..^

Re-work on your content. Fastest way to get indexed in Yahoo is just post a quality (NO SPAM) comment in Yahoo search blog ! It works really !
