Ad network script or developer needed

    Hi,

    I want to create a ad network. I thought I was going to have to hire a developer to create this for me, but now I found some scripts around (around $250), although these scripts are not exactly what I need so will need to be changed. So my questions are..

    1) Is it easier/cheaper to buy a ready made script and then have it modified to what i want? and if so what scripts are available that allow me to do what I want with the source code?

    2) What are the advantages of hiring a developer to create a bespoke ad network site for me, and how much might that cost? (developer would have to be based in the UK)

    you should go and peek an eye to http://www.openX.org ad scrip fully written in PHP, and furthermore free.
