Title Your Ads

    A user told me...

"I believe it is aganst the google ToS to have the google ads labled anything other then Sponsored Links"

    http://proxiesrus.com

I have the title "Cool Links" above my adsense. Is this a problem? Must I change it to Sponsored Links? What else is allowed?

You'd better to remove the "cool links", this a quick and easy way to get banned from AdSense...
IMHO, I think no title is better.

Remove that, it is not approved and will get you a nasty email from google to remove it (if they are in a good mood that day, otherwise an email telling you your account has been disabled until you fix the problem).

True, having no identification above, next to, or below the adsense is the only way to go.

Try to use rel="nofollow" if you're not after the PR.
    Read about rel="nofollow" here

It's still a bad idea, I think "sponsors" is not allowed...

Also guys, is it okay to be titling buttons that say "Download FireFox" and "Download Picasa"

"Free Software"? I guess not? Should I rename that to - "Reccomended Software"? Or...?

You guess right, you should rename with nothing, you put the buttons and that's all.

    Hehe, my other question:

I'm assuming it's NOT okay to title the column with a link to FireFox and Picasa download titled "Free Software", should I retitle that to "Downloads"? "Reccomended"? "Software"? "Sponsors..."?

    read the article buddy.

In case you're lazy to do that rel="nofollow" is use to avoid being penalized by google because of link buying.
