Can I create aplha master reseller from this plugin ? I have registered on your website for trial but its not working for me.
Are you the owner of this product? If so can you answer my support email regarding my missing order that just vanished from my account with you. I placed the order paid with paypal, the order shown up in my account with you. I dloaded the product and license had problem installing went back to check the license and the order was gone from my account with you.. Can you get this sorted plz Also when will you be installing a ticket system as your company is getting bigger now and i think it would be better than having to email you guys when there is an issue.. Will you be installing live chat? i see the chat image on your site but yet to see it working
I had this installed on my old sever it is very east to uninstall via ssh or even deleting it manually as long as you know what you are doing.

I cant get this plugin to work at all. Each master reseller that creates a reseller the new account has no reseller privs..It cant make accounts etc. This has done my head in all day...each master reseller has to submit a ticket so i can update there new account on reseller center with the reseller privs..
