I usually stretch before working out of exercises. Not only that i also stretch after workout because when muscles are still warm, stretching after workout can increase flexibility. Just i wanna ask this to the dp members: 1. Do you stretch before working out? 2. Do you stretch after working out? 3. Do you stretch before working and after working out?
I don't stretch before I run because I find that when I do I start aching and if I don't it doesn't hurt at all. But when it comes to lifting I have to stretch or I can't lift as much weight. I never stretch after my workout.
