Is it best to start promoting your site even before you have a design and content, or should I get all that down first? Cya!

A lot of sites will check you content before the link too you so I'd say get you homepage right and then start linking.

I would wait until you have the site complete (okay so sites are always a work in progress ;)), but you get my drift.

yes, it is better to promote your site off when it is complete. As if you start to off page optimization and promotion of your site when your site is not complete, Google may crawl your incomplete site. And this is negative effect on your site.

Try to get backlinks when you first decidethe keywords that you truly want to rank for. Then you can start getting backlinks and optimizing for the right purposes. Also having good content before hand is not a bad idea as well.

I would prefer starting SEO once the whole website has been developed since it requires the arrangement of keywords in the contents. Most of websites now a days are dynamic. Hence, contact creation must be done after the completion of the website development process.

Always promote site when its already finish. Google is also like people if google saw it not complete he can/may not go over it again.

A site that has been on-poage optimized has a better chance in off-page optimization.
It's better to optimize it on-page first before you show it to the world, :)
