Seems to be the best place to post this so here we go...

I have the money to invest but not the time and I need to outsource.

    I need:

Someone with a good reputation & experience who can help launch a clickbank campaign following best practices guidelines for landing page and PPC campaign.

1.) Pick CB product (I can do this too but again..no time)
    2.) Research keywords
3.) Design high converting landing page (If you have the experience you will know how)
4.) Build successful adwords campaign (and or other PPC)
5.) Research & suggest Domain name

I can do this in a couple of ways.....

1.) Pay a flat rate price to get the tasks done (what should this cost?)
(Risky to me as I will only know conversion rate after some time)
2.) Offer %50 profit sharing for fixed or non-fixed time frame.
(Still risky but will motivate Outsource to do his best)

Any suggestions where to find this person ?

    Umm...

The only way you MAY get anyone to do this is for a HEFTY fixed price.

No one in their right mind will do all the work and split the profit with you 50/50.

    Thanks for your advice:)

1.) What would you consider a "HEFTY fixed price" ?
2.) Well, I was thinking that the Outsource has a good chance of profiting while I take all the risk (PPC investment) & also I would assume that many people from other countries might not have or be able to get Adwords account.

They could do all the work for themselves and keep 100% of the profit. You'll struggle.

Good point , I understand that but some of the talented people may not have the financial means to invest in PPC and wait several months to get paid.

So what about option #1 - what should the price range be for that ?
    (Paying up front)

There has to some of you out there that outsource everything...in that case do you split up the tasks between different people or have one person do it all ?

The thing is you're not looking at highering one person. If you seriously want experts you're going to have to higher someone for each stage of the process.

    1) Someone who knows the market well and knows what converts.
    2) Someone who knows alot about keyword research.
    3) Someone who is good at copywriting and has efficient knowledge of CSS/HTML and perhaps some Photoshop skills.
    4) Someone who has sufficient experience with PPC, CTR's, AdGroups & Keywords, Headlines and what landing pages work best.
    5) Same as number 2.

So all in all you're pretty much highering 4 professionals, the expenses will be huge, I wouldn't be too surprised if you get quoted $1500+ for all of that if not more.

On the other hand, you could pay someone who has a bit of knowledge in each for a lower price, however the result may not be what you're expecting.

You must take into account here these are all very seperate jobs in terms of sector within the internet industry.

    Hope that helps a little.

Not on here. This is a hotbed for scammers. Especially if it's at those kind of prices.

    Thanks for your input.

I guess my hopes are too high by thinking that I can find one person who knows it all.

I just think that all the tasks are tied together so closely in terms of keywords that it would have made sense.

So taking your suggestion into consideration how would you hire separate people for the following tasks unless they work together ?

    1.)Identify CB product
    2.)Keyword Research
    3.)Copywriting
    4.)PPC Campaigns

I really don't see how you can separate them too much for the following reasons:

You identify highly searched keywords but PPC competition is too big.
You identify highly searched keywords but cannot identify related CB product.

Copywriting could be outsourced separately if 1 and 2 are done first.

So taking this into account..I know a lot about a few things and a few things about a lot..anyone want to start some sort of shared venture ?
(I know I'll have to carry Garlic & crucifix with me at all times to avoid the scammers) :)

If you are willing to give bum marketing/article marketing a shot instead of PPC, I can offer our services. Yes, we can take care of everything from first step to last step. We can design and plan campaigns for you and once you are satisfied with the plan we can execute it. We have a huge team working fulltime and we have lot of past experience in bum marketing. I can provide you all kind of references and details if you are interested.

We will only be willing to work with someone else ONLY if they have a minimum of $10k to invest and we can offer an iron clad guarantee of 500% ROI within 6 months of campaign launch and prob 1000%+ over lifetime of campaigns . Let me know if this sounds intriguing to you ;)

    wow,

I have just wired you $100K, I expect my half a million in 6 months, and the other half in 12 - you better have my moniezes... :p

OP - good luck and yes, you're asking for quite the all in one solution, which do exist and there are many pros that can achieve your needs either solo or combined. I think you'll find that those smart enough to be doing all this are already banking. If they don't bite - you're going to get a bunch of people that aren't profiting but exploring, much like you are doing with your money on the table ready to invest/partner with talent. Basically you want a front end to help flip your money/investment into the traffic you're buying from SE's for it... I think if someone has a good streak and can in fact do this front end piece/research/lander and share both adwords/clickbank accounts transparently, it could definitely make both of you some money. On the same token, you're both at risk, if the creative is off, the research is defective, the ppc campaigns are perfect but not profiting, etc etc someone will probably be blamed/assume risk/take loss (you - money, them - time).

Mate - you could easily buy ready made landers, get a copywriter to populate it/them, buy a few relative domains, and be online with a basic PPC campaign all in a few days, on the flip side, so can many of you guys at DP. To be honest - the more I think about it, the more I would do it if I had the time. You prep the campaign, and the OP pays to get traffic, you tweak together, make moniezez or at least learn something from the tests/lifecycle of this effort...

    Good luck,

    N.

Does that seem a joke to you? Its a very valid offer, if you take a look at it from both buyer and seller point of view it will make sense to you. We can setup full bum marketing campaigns and have 1000s of articles posted in matter of days but ofcourse the results with bum marketing arent instant and to help the cashflow and to pay our employees we could use this kind of help. This model works for us and there is no reason for us to offer it to others except that we could use that cash in advance to help the finances with our other projects while they make money slowly.

BTW I also have a pretty successful small level campaign for one of products you recently sold on sitepoint. Just because you havent seen me active in forums or around doesnt mean I dont know my stuff and that you can post your childish remarks.

I may be newbie to this forum or in your eyes if you base the experience level on how many posts I have here, but I am certainly not new to affiliate marketing or clickbank.

Dont want to start an argument here but I could easily prove myself to be more experienced than you as an affiliate (I do admire your success as a great publisher)

I thought I could help someone here and in return get some help in cashflow for the new teams of employees that we have hired but I guess people are too quick to jump to conclusions so I will take that offer down, Thanks and sorry if I could be of any help to OP but I have just realized it may not be a very good idea as we are not in any need for financial help right now :)

    Goodluck

Apart from the other comments in here - which are more than good. A more "realistic" answer to your original query is that it’s very unlikely that you will find someone *stupid* enough to do all the hard work for just a fixed fee.

If you do find someone, it will probably cost an arm and a leg and you will have no guarantee that you will recoup your initial investment or make any money at all.

You will probably be contacted by some interested parties but most likely they will have no real experience and have never ever done a launched of a successful product.

So, the best advice that someone can give you is to coordinate everything yourself. Hire a writer and supervise his work, hire a designer and be sure that you have a great design, etc. (It doesn’t take lot of time after you get used to it)

If you are not going to go all the way and get dirty, noone will for you. Unless you ditch a hefty sum upfront.

BTW if you want I might help you for something like $50,000 – $80,000 ;)

Obviously I’m joking! but expect to spend a good sum in that range to find someone with enough experience(And willing to help you).

Taking all your advice into consideration I've decided to do as follows

    1.) Identify Product - Myself
    2.) Research Keywords - Myself
3.) Acquire Related Domain - Myself
    4.) Write Content - Outsource
5.) Landing Page Design - Outsource Or Find Template
6.) PPC Campaign - Myself + Possibly Outsource To Fine tune

I will post the progress in this thread and will ask for your advice + outsource referrals along the way.

1.) Complete - identified a couple of related products that seems to convert. Not from CB but from similar affiliate.
2.) Keywords - I do have some good tools for this and will start soon.

Will try to identify long tail keywords.

How many do I need ?
What should minimum # of searches per month be on a keyword ?
What should maximum # competition in Google be when searching for exact keyword ?
What should max bid be for keyword in the Google keyword tool (Estimated Avg. CPC column) ?

BTW Would it be crazy to make this in Wordpress ?

    Thanks

I'll try to answer your questions as best as possible :).

How many long tail keywords? There's not set limit try to find 90-150 or so to start off with, thus allowing your self to pick more targeted "buy" keywords.

Everything to do with minimum, maxmium etc depends entirely on the niche you're entering. Even then you cannot really ask those sort of questions. Don't rely on estimated avg. CPC to determine how much to pay, when I used it I was told $3.00 for the bid. I paid $0.30 and still got a great amount of traffic.

In terms of outsourcing someone for your landing page and content it all depends on the level of experience you're going to want and the result. There's some dude, Ryan something (anyone feel free to link his site, i forgot it) and he charges a fair amount for a good quality site. On the other hand there are some far more less known quality designers who could probably pull off the same result but at a cheaper price.

As for making your using WP I wouldn't recommend it for a PPC campaign. Too many page leaks and links would lower your conversion rate and CPC's. Ideally you should use some form of Opt In to build your list or have a very targeted page :).

    Hope that helps, Yousef.
