I made a new Forums search engine named Zhift

Not bad at all, seems to work very well

 

Looks good but I don't think it ranks it that well.

I typed in my forum title which it would come up first on Google, doesn't appear on Zhift.

 

I did the same too and the results were nowhere similar to Googles results, it was pulling up quite a few sites from page 2 on Google, page 1 on Google didnt seem to be page 1 on the forum search for what I tried searching for and our own sites were not found either.

 

I think it relies on the word 'Forum' being in your site somewhere, so it won't do so well for the Terry Pratchett Message Board for instance.

it can have some wrong non-forums results, cause it still in Beta

If i wanna found a forum i go and google it : example forum

 

It can also be used for searching threads

 

Nice simple interference and working great. Keep on improving it.

 

Well it still needs alot of Customization & Fixes

I was expecting bugs but it actually works great. It displayed the links to my forums first when I entered my domains funender.com and f3music.com. Good job
