Hi, i have recently opened a account with moneybookers before 5 days, the problem is they have sent me a adress verification letter to the adress which i registered in the account but now i shifted to differnt place, so what should i do ? if i change the adress in the profile in the account and send them mail about it , will they send me a new adress verification letter ? i have some money in my account , can i withdraw the money to my bank with out getting adress verification and card verification as i dont have a credit card. can i use a same bank account for differnt payment gateways. someone pls help me. thanks.
As far as i know you can withdraw amount from your MB account without address verification because address verification is for limit (sending,receiving,withdrawal) purpose. Yes you can add same bank account for different payment gateways without any problem. After withdrawal of funds from your MB to your bank account successfully you can change your physical address and let them know of this to re-issue address verification letter at your new postal address. DON.
If you have changed your residence then provide them the new residence address, whats the big deal. And contact their support team.
No problem, You can withdraw money to your bank account without the address verification. The only requirement is bank account name and your Moneybookers account name should be same. Address verification is needed only to expand the limits.
Just contact them that you changed your place and wants another verification letter or most probably they will ask you to submit your scanned documents and leave address verification process as i think so they just send letter once at your place and never again Thanks PHYza
Address verification at Moneybookers is only for big amount, if you have some money there u can withdraw it without even verifying your address. But if you need to increase the limit of money widthrawal then just contact them through their message center after logging in to your account and then they will let u know exact details. Solutions to the problems vary from person to person. I would suggest you to just contact moneybookers their support system is quick. Hope this answered your question.
You should contact them saying you have moved address and they should send the verification letter to your new address!
I think that you cannot withdraw money unless you have done the address verification. I personally have used MB for years, and I remember the time when I tried to withdraw money which I failed to, just because I had not done the address verification. You can simply tell them to send another verification letter to your new address. For this, you will have to change your address in your profile too. I think when you will change your address, MB may ask you to send your Passport scanned copy, or/and ID card copy to MB. This is done for security reasons.
