Actually, high paying keywords will not help much if your site do not get targeted traffic. You can make money with adsense with any Niche, all that you need is traffic. What people recommend is that you make a website in the topic of your interest so that, you can easily add useful content in your blog/site about that topic. Anyway, here is a list of high paying keywords but I am not sure how accurate the data in this list is.
