Hello, I am thinking about opening a small web hosting business, but I was wondering how I am too provide customer service. I cant be online 24/7, and I doubt I will be making enough money to pay for people to offer customer service. What do you guys do?

Live chat and phone support is a must. Alternative, customer hub may do the trick.

Okay, so how do you guys offer support? Do you do it all yourself, or hire people?

Where can I find people to outsource it to? How much does it cost? Is it worth it? Do your customers complain?

Just search for outsourcing on Google. There are companies that will man the live chat button. They only know what you teach them to do but they can answer your customer's questions.

Well! Its great thinking you got to have live chat options into your company. Initially you start live support only in business timings! It provides superb impressions on new customers or to promote business in large scale!

Dont forget to have FAQs sections! too

Get a nulled live chat and have it appear offline but when you dont respond within the first 2 minutes have them be able to "leave a message"
