The "correct" interpretation you have pointed out for the word Chapstick (a stick that will chap you) is pretty funny! Not sure of your goal with this page, but I did get a chuckle.
IMO, way too close to the trademarked name, and an obvious attempt to gain from their years of branding. If I were on the jury, I would rule against you...sorry.
