This is Why I Hate PayPal - Yes PayPal Suck

    Hello Guys

I Think i am Not The Only One Who wanna say It Out Loud

Here is why I Hate PayPal

    1. According to PayPal accepting their ToS (Terms of Service) in effect means you waive your rights to credit card consumer protection laws if you want to use their service, and that you may not issue a chargeback for unauthorized use of your credit card and PayPal account, or if you do, then they have the right to limit your account. Is this legal? We don't know. But it's how Paypal operates.

Their terms of service are not completely disclosed upon signup and some key "conditions" are not disclosed. They fail to mention their total lack of security to prevent your account from being compromised by phishing & spoof sites. That if your account is accessed by a criminal using one of these methods, PayPal will hold YOU monetarily & legally responsible! Also, no place do they openly tell potential members that their money is 100% at risk. That PayPal can, will, and has in the past, completely cleaned out customers' accounts, (including your checking or savings account) with no appeals process available. Instead they bury in the fine print of 37 pages of their "Terms of Service" (ToS) where they disclose to you that PayPal can close your account for any reason what-so-ever, or no reason, and then you have to wait 180 days to get your money. Think that'll never happen? Think again. That's what everyone thinks till it happens to them.

If PayPal feels your actions are questionable, PayPal is the investigator, judge, jury and executioner. "Telling your side" of what happened, in most cases seems to be irrelevant. They also refuse to provide you with the details of their investigation and withhold documents they relied upon to make their decisions. Your only contact will be an email that says:

Thank you for contacting PayPal. We apologize for the delay in respondingto your service request.

After review, the decision has been made to keep your account locked. This decision cannot be appealed.

If you have any further questions, please reply to this email.

That will be the end of it as far as PayPal is concerned. You can email back, but you'll just get more of the same. Oh yea, and you'll have to wait 180 days to get your money.

    This is Just Simple Reasons

Paypal's fees for NON-credit card funding are the same as for credit cards! This is the single biggest rippoff on their site. We understand Paypal charging a fee when you fund your account with a credit card. After all, they are being charged by Visa/Mastercard, etc. And we understand there is a lot of fraud with credit card funding. However, most of the money sent within the Paypal system no longer comes from credit card funding. However, money spent from PayPal account to PayPal account is subject to the exact same fees credit card purchases are! This money has been in the system for years and is "clean." That is, there are no fees at all to Paypal, and there is almost no fraud at all with this money, but Paypal charges the SAME fees to transactions with NON-credit card funds! Thus every transaction makes PayPal money, but it's nothing more than an entry in a computer database on their system. No money has actually moved, and there are no costs to Paypal. They are just skimming the gravy.

I don't understand your true point in creating this thread. You are basically re-stating the ToS and stating your personal thoughts about each term you disagree with. If you don't like the service, don't use it. The terms are set and are there for a reason.

PayPal is a service designed to create a regular income for script kiddies and phishers. It works by having a central database of n00bs that contribute cash to a fund. This fund is then distributed to the script kiddies via spoofed email scams of a very lame nature.

    Sample Email from PayPal

    Dear Sir and Madam:

This email is not a scam. We need you to login to your paypal donation fund account so we can steal your money. If your account is not verified within 24 hours, some shit gonna go down real bad. We hope you can be co-operative with our request at this time. Please click on the IP address website below.

    Thank you,
    PayPal Admin.

    Sample No.2

Paypal has been known to target many members of the Gangster, Wigger, and the Australian race. In order to be more "hip", the idiots at Paypal may send you the following email.

Dear dawg, ho/ momma/ or cow

Yo yo yo, some shiat be goin down in our databases yo ! Theyz be screwin around wit our harddriveizzle, and we need yo info to make sho yo account ain't been capped or nutthin. So be a playa and forward yo username and passwords ASAP boi. If you ain't down with dis, you'z accounts gonna be dead like Tupac. We'z gonna take 'em down at Main street with dem firewalls and trackin devices. But we need yo pass man. Forward to this here email yo, and we gonna verify dem account of yours. Fo shizzle my nizzle wizzle in a drizzle oh my bizzle.

    Hellz yeah,
    Dem Paypal Bitches

    PayPal operators

If you have any problems setting up your PayPal donation fund, you may telephone a PayPal operator directly. If you live in the United States, your call will be answered by a trained chimp on LSD. They are efficient and highly skilled, better than the Indians who answer at AT&T and Sprint.
You will be giving a poor script kiddie plenty of his own East European currency when you sign up to PayPal.

If you live in Europe, your call will be transferred to a nondescript Asian country where you will be teaching English to a poor child with every phone call. Whilst they will not understand words such as "account", "money", or "fuckwit", at least you will have the joy of knowing that your money is in safe hands...

    Passwords

Passwords are redundant on PayPal, as the whole point is to make it easy for people to acquire your cash. Just use the password "PayPal" (case sensitive) for any account.

    Brutal Efficiency of PayPal

No-one has ever yet had a problem with PayPal and lived to tell about it. The service is so well run, efficient and highly organized, with fully trained, intelligent staff that is it unlikely to ever happen. However, in the remote possibility that an actual problem should ever occur, it is best to write a complaint to one of those businessmen from Nigeria who run banks; they will be very happy to take care of your money just as well.

    Closing your account

Naturally, PayPal will not let you do this. Attempting to follow the "Close your account" link will result in either a page telling you that you are not allowed to, or a series of screens demanding information why, and telling you that it's a bad idea, and asking "Are you sure" at least three times.

Well if you don't agree with their TOS then switch to another PP like moneybookers or alertpay. No one forces you to use them anyways.

"No one forces you to use them anyways"

Can you tell me when i said that i want to use them?

"Well if you don't agree with their TOS then switch to another PP like moneybookers or alertpay"

Who said you i am not agree with their TOS?
Also there is no need switch to another "PP", as long as i have Credit card and Bank Account i can make payment in any Online site :)

Well yes, but try to send a high amount of money to your account like $2,000 or $3,000, i am sure you account will be limited again and maybe you will never can restore your account access, this is what happened to my account last year,

i provided them everything but they not agreed to restore my account access, i called them over the phone and i even talked to their senior manager, but no-luck at all, finally i simply said him that i hate your company :)

Anyway i wish all the best for your paypal account ;)
but i don't recommend anybody to use paypal because your money will not be in safe place and maybe your account will be limited in any time..................

IMHO, if you sell online, you need to let your customers use PayPal if they prefer.
