    Hi

I have a Big site and I want to do a sync backup to another server .
I contacted the sales of the mentioned company about their offers but I didnt recieved any reply ( which give a bad image to theme ), so I decided to see if there is any company better than this .

    Thanks

Ok, what is your definition of a big site?

What are your server requirements, dedicated, quad core with 12 gigs of memory, or something else? Do you want linux hosting, windows, unix, sun micro systems, free BSD,,,,,?

The only hosting provider I recommend is Future Hosting. They have a wide range of VPS and dedicated servers.

I had some problem with bqinternet.com . It was very slow and sometime not responsive.

Since then, I have used webbycart.com with success. Very fast server.

You still have not stated your server requirements. Ok, your doing backups, so what?

How much hard drive space do you need?

What kind of operating system do you want or need?

Do you want dedicated of a virtual private server?

If you want a dedicated server, please provide specifications.

But like I said before, the only hosting provider is recommend is Future Hosting. I have been with them for over 2 years and have been very happy with their service and support.

I think you still understand what he wants. All he have to say is how many space he wants. He does not want a webserver, but just a dedicated backup server, not run by him.

    That sounds simple enough.

If all you need is a little webspace, then why not get a shared account with a company like hostgator. You can get unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth for $4.95 a month.

But then again, how much data are you backing up and how often? Will a shared account be able to backup your site in a timely manner?

But again, not a simple web server. Most web server, like hostgator do not come with ssh, rsync or even samba.

bqinternet.com is using a software called R1SOFT for their backups, there are plenty of companies that offer the same software package for use with backups.

A simple google search provides some results:

    http://www.dedicatednow.com/?managed-backup=
    http://steadfast.net/services/backup.php

I've personally used r1soft on a very extreme level before (backing up terrabytes of web data, and a couple hundred gigabytes of DB data on a website that receives around a million uniques per day) and it's an excellent backup system and highly recommended by myself.
