Header banner Image Design Competition - first of many!

Ok, this is the first of a number of competitions I want to run along these lines. I have a few dozen websites and many of them would benefit from better 'headers'.

I might work with someone directly after I have run a few of these competitions and found someone who can deliver good work in the style I like. Previously, when I have had work done, I have received one draft and then when I have replied the person has disappeared and doesnt reply so I am looking for someone reliable too! Anyway, on to this first competition.

The site is http://www.futuresiterank.com . It is a free and paid listings web directory. It lists sites in PageRank order and shows thumbnail images of the listed sites.

If you think you can improve the header currently there then please submit your entry. Closing time of competition is 13:00hours GMT on Friday the 21st.

I can accomodate a different dimension to the existing header if that helps you. In terms of what I like ... I like quality, clean, crisp images. Nothing tacky, gaudy. It can be bright but should be classy. I want a logo that will display the site address and possibly a strap line like 'Increase Your PageRank' or 'Increase Your PageRank, List here now!' or if you have your own ideas go for it.

I will be happy to accept drafts for comment so you can submit a final version by Friday. Winner gets $20 for this 1st competition, this amount will vary for future sites.

I should have said, I would like the final image in photoshop form so i can tweak if necessary.

I am happy to upload images to see what they look like so please dont watermark them as this also reduces the ability to see what the logo looks like.

Feedback, Duality - i can't put my finger on it but its not quite the sort of thing I like. Raghav, pink isnt working for me, pagerank I want as one word as per Google 'PageRank'

Daniel, I think yours fits best at the moment and I have put it live http://www.futuresiterank.com but its not the full deal yet in my opinion.

Yes mate, that is much better!!! I have just put it live on the site to give it a run out. Next to go up on the site will be Jacobs, which I like a lot but looks just a little lightweight or small.
