    you have 2 way to do:
    1-
    using GSM modem connect with your pc with web program
    2-
    contact yourlocal mobile service provider to get your SMSC short code like with their system, then you can broadcast, you can broadacst using shortcode or name of your company.;)

    If you want professional sms service then you need to buy cheap sms gateway then with the help of some php codes you can use it on your website .
