Paypal and Chargeback and Blocked Card

    I am using paypal and sold more than 10000$ worth of product in last 3 months.

    Now I am getting few chargebacks which I am converting into refunds.

    Now, What if I block my card and withdraw all amount from Paypal ?

    Can Paypal withdraw from Bank Account ?

    If no, how paypal account for these chargebacks ?

    I believe PayPal will take it from your linked bank account - even if you unlink the bank account.

    But I dont think paypal is govern under Indian laws ?

    I think Paypal is not accepted in Indian Bank. Correct me if I am wrong, I just read some post..

    and answer to my question would be that Paypal cant do anything if we block the card as paypal also CANT directly withdraw the amount from bank account ?

    Your Answer is No paypal can;t take amount from bank account

    Paypal don;t do anything if you blocked card and blocked bank account.

    Does that mean if too many chargebacks, then paypal will pay from it own pocket or decline all chargebacks ?

    No. If too many chargebacks occur, then they have the right to draw separation and no longer allow you to use their service.

    They can't do anything about it.. however, your account will be blocked along with all data that you've used to register including your CC # so you can't use them again ;)

    Simply that. If too many problems arise from your account, your relationship with PayPal may be terminated.

    PayPal will hunt you down, you cant get away from going negative in chargebacks =)

    Paypal can take your money from you bank account.It happened to me before.They've just reversed all the withdraw transactions.

    I lost a chargeback and blocked paypal so they would not take money from my account. Well they just forwarded that to collections and now I have a debt collector screwing up my credit!

    inyx, are u sure about reversals ? What if I remove my bank info also from paypal ?
