I have few questions Troy :
1- I see some are getting their payments by fedex , Can we and how much are the fees ?
2- Should I fill the tax forms ?! It is really the first time I see such document and asked to fill it ..
I don't own a company or anything , am individual publisher ! Adbrite and google adsense never asks for this information !
3- Whenever I click on the survey Free Lotto which is international I get this error :
"This account has been terminated because of abuse complaints"
Does it only appear for me and why ?!

Guys what is "Wire Transfer Payment Information" under "General Payment Informations"

Does this mean we can get wire transfer outside of US?

 

In the blog he is saying he uses PPC, but does he mean he uses PPC on his TV show streaming sites?
As I thought adwords doesn't allow our sites?

Okay so the month of March just ended -- If we opted to be paid by check through mail, when should we be expecting checks to be sent out? Because on the website it says 'Date to be Issued - 5/31/2009'.

Do we really have to wait over a month for checks to be sent out?

I haven't got my March payment from CPALead yet, and it has been moved to be paid in May along with my April earnings. Why is this?

It might depend on your payment choice. I received my check on the 29th.

Well i got my paypal payment today. Generally they are pretty prompt. Be aware that i got payed today for LAST months work.

 

The thing is do they contact our country for tax related issues or are they just for their file?

Do they contact our countries taxation dept ... if so why ... as I am not an US citizen , neither do i have any business ( except being affiliate ) with US in any form?
