dammit! i just went to boldpal and the domain is parked now! we really did get scammed bad do you think paypal will give us a refund when they realize that hte domain is parked and we really got our money scammed or is it still just out of the question?
Yes indeed some did try but it falls on deaf ears so I don't bother personally, you get accused of all sorts of shi*.
I don't think it is good that people got ripped off, just stating my views since it is a public forum and my advice was/is next time a good offer comes along like that, just wait before jumping in. Hardly rubbing salt in?

It might mean you will only get the refund when CharlesFolly's account is credited again with funds. But still, this basically means " ****ed " in one word!!
quick question if boldpal.com is parked and i attach on a new domain nameservers ns1.boldpal.com and ns2, does that mean that new domain won't work?
zuly, i think you are new to hosting and such things... anyways, it wont work, coz its parked at godaddy server itself. and moreover, the domain owner is in control of the domain, so he decides where the domain should point to. regards, mike
the ns1 and ns2 boldpal settings are separate from boldpal.com dns. As of today...ns1.boldpal.com is still pointing to the server my domain is on. Who knows how much longer it will last is anybody's guess. I'm just keeping my one domain there for shits and giggles. I'll change it as soon as it goes down to my other hosting company.
ns1.boldpal.com points to the IP 96.31.75.102 which is hivelocity server but ns2 is assigned to a godaddy IP. So somebody is still doing changes to boldpal.com. I think this server has following IPs assigned; 96.31.75.101-96.31.75.106 This is what the IP info for hivelocity shows; Organization;I:Sam Seo Street-Address:3408 Capricorn Cres City:Mississsaiga State:Ontario Postal-Code:l4ts14 Country-Code:Canada Time for the detectives in Canada
so this basically means that even if we get our refund we don't get a thing, cause they withdrew the money? eventually they will have to put some money in to the account, when they start the next scam, right?

yes, i already know of that site before you posted this here. John, would you also check on this host-> www.svrhost.com . They have been using the boldpal style, and i am now confused whether that boldpal design was a custom made one or a template.
