    Hi everyone.

Some highlights in my world and a new announcement for the new REPI clickbank masterpiece that we're launching this Tuesday (If you have lists, we start emails tomorrow in a 4 step launch formula - believe me take part and you'll double/triple conversions with the presell efforts. We have a live webinar scheduled, video teases, and a great build up for Tuesday). My sitepoint network auction is finally over (sold with success, all parties are happy!), and I'll be devoting a lot of my time to this project post launch to make sure it succeeds.

Timing couldn't be more perfect as the REPI package has been brewing in the studio for quite a while and the market for pr0perty invest1ng is just getting hotter and hotter. I started a thread about this a while back however a lot has happened since and this program deserves some fresh attention.

So: We've moved the launch to THIS Tuesday, May 5th. with a nice pre-launch schedule starting tomorrow (Friday May 1st). Please get involved:

    Current JV/Launch page

Current Sales Page <<We'll have 4-5 other sales pages to choose from shortly.

    CBID: homeflip
    YOU EARN:
    $58 front end.
    $150 backend one.
    $28/month recurr backend two.
TOTAL: Up to $236 plus $28/month per customer.

Look forward to working with all that come on board for this. The usual applies, reviews are available, tracking codes are OK just send them with a comment tag at the top to identify you and send to info at ncmedia dot ca.

Please try not to drop the site name/her name in this thread as I don't want SE's grabbing/ranking this.

    Cheers everyone!!

    Thank you.
    N.

Ah so this is your new project. I can't wait to track this launch, hopefully it goes very well for you. I just noticed on your sales page on one of the house picture thingys you spelt "cash out" "cach out" :), just a pointer.

it looks nice n. Its obvious that time and effort was spent on the site's design.
However, I've seen long sales pages before, but yours takes the cake.
Even if you trimmed it down by 1/2 it would still be incredibly long.
A quick word count shows 6200+ words. No one, and I mean no one, has the patience, nor will care enough to read every one.
My advice: trim it down to 1/3 and just leave the essentials.

**Great to have you Harry! Look forward to seeing what you come up with - show me the final result and I'll help where I can.

**Thank you mate - yes this is the monster that has been eating my time like a t-rex. Will fix the typo shortly as well.

**Thanks Jim. I tend to agree, we'll be splitting this up into a few page i.e. 'testimonials/proof', 'privacy/earnings disclaimers' etc. and I will shorten the main pitch up a bit. FTR though there have been pages twice/three times as long as this that have done extremely well - all depends on your demo/target market/price point/investment/etc. Some people need a LOT more pitch precision than others. None the less I'm going to shorten it and will be offering 4-5 different landers, some shorter/longer/etc. for people to choose from.

The first email is up which you can send out from now 'till saturday.

Thanks for the feedback so far and feel free to keep it coming please. I know I usually don't have the resource or time to be at DP daily/often however will do my best to help out all that push this so expect to see my updates in this thread for quite some time.

    Hi NC

Do you think this could be profitable for someone without a list to promote. Just asking as it looks a good product and it looks like it might only be for people with lists or heavily involved in this market?

    Thanks

    Pete

**Great BizJam - I look forward to hosting you!

**Sure, we definitely do not just count on email lists to be successful. Many people here that are promoting this do not have lists or a site. Because all it takes is a .com, a lander, and all the techniques you see in this/other forums. At the same time, you can solve your own problem, and use this program to start building your list. We offer an opt-in lander that works well with your aweber/getresponse here.

Those that do have lists or that have built lists during pre-launch, are definitely going to get dibs on sales on launch day however that sends out multiple ripple effects onto the natural search results. Which then in turn create awareness, positive reviews, more trust, and buzz in the industry. If you can be in there with your SEO'd pages/tecniques/lander, you're in for a good ride. If you're an absolute noob to CB or want some great initial free traffic tutorials i have cb noobie bible available here, and some initial clickbank video tutorials here.

Cheers hope to see you promoting.

**Thanks, we've already shortened the sales page, made sub-pages, and yes it's less strenuous to get to the bottom/buy buttons...

Thanks Antz - I look forward to your success with this as well, best of luck on launch day!!

**Hi Zibblu, kudos for the kind words mate.

So far so good, we've updated the sales page, the current hoplink page, and we're on track with day 2/sunday's emails/content which will be released soon. The free webinar link is already there, the hoplinks are active, get your traffic started NOW so they take part in the free webinar on Monday, which pre-sells them for you for the launch the following day (or midnight that night for the early birds).

Thanks to all for taking part and for your feedback so far. Can't wait to see how this all goes!

Updates for the program, I've released this earlier today so copy/pasting most of it here for you guys to catch up on the program so far: Quite pleased with our first week over all.

    * Only one affiliate has sent more than 100 hops over the course of 7 days. This was surprizing, we have 100+ of you that took a crack at this niche and although 100 hops a day may be hard it should be easy to hit 100 in 7 days with real estate. Tricky niche? Perhaps, impossible to pull traffic from? No.

    * The page has been finalized, shortened, made into sub-pages, and has proven impressive numbers on our first blast to a list.

    * We've only had a handful of you convert however we're still delaying and pushing certain JV's as we tweak/watch response this first week. So far 120+ sales and one refund in 7 days, not much customer support, customers are happy and surprised with the overdelivery of content/learning materials :)

    * We're doing one more blast internally and will be raising the front end price point to $147 instead of $97. The commission will remain the same percentage for you guys (65% or approx $88). We're doing this because we're finding that with JV's in this sector and comparison products, we've actually undervalued it (thinking it would be appropriate for the CB crowd/side of things). Most of these types of in depth courses are in the thousands even if online or delivered in a cd/dvd... It's still undervalued in comparison by raising it $50 however I think the end customers will give it even more credibility as they are known to have money anyway so $147 is still very little instead of $x,xxx

    here are some #'s...

Both backends (upsell and recur) have converted as well and it looks like we've hit our mark well for retention with the current setup.

** Thanks to all for getting their initial campaigns up, I look forward to seeing more of you on board doing your 100+ hops a day, you make nice coin with this and it's 100% clean/backed by a reputable name.

    All the best,
    NC.

Nice screen shot. I've sent a little bit of traffic so far but nothing serious. The screen shot may have inspired me to step it up a bit.

this is fantastic affiliate material - but i need keywords. How is this niche in PPC? Any tips appreciated, especially keywords.

Edit: Oups..i saw the KW prices for "real estate"-related.....i think i pass on this and PPC.
