adsense ads and "flagged " YouTube videos

    Hi!

As you know YouTube doesn't host/allow any adult videos in their index. If you click on some videos however you get this notice: "This video or group may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube's user community." And they ask you to login.

I would like to make a video blog site where I would embed a lot of youtube (and ONLY youtube) videos, including those that are "flagged" by community. Of course when you embed a video on your site there is no need to login to youtube account.

    My questions:

    1. Can I place adsense ads on such a site? Some or several youtube videos are "flagged" but are not #*$!ographic or something in any way since youtube doesnt allow those kind of videos in their index. If it is acceptable to be in YouTube index then it is acceptable for my site with adsense ads or? Is this correct or no?

2.I have seen dozens of sites that have word "youtube" in their url. From dozens of sites that allow downloading youtube videos to hundreds of more specific sites that go smth like "veryfunnyyoutube.com" (domain is not registered so I am not promoting anything) etc. Not to mention all that brandnamesucks.com domains etc. Can I register domain like this? I would then clearly state that my site is in no way affiliated with YouTube.

    Thanks for any advice.

If you don't own the videos, you need to ask for the owners permission of
each video before you can embed their video on your commercial website.

It would be just a blog type of website with adsense ads on it. There are "gazzilion" websites and blogs that embed youtube videos on their blog and I am sure none of them are tracking down the owner of every video and asking them for permission. Are you sure about your statement?
