    It was good for Google, but it ain't over until its over and the plaintiffs still have an opportunity to appeal. It would have been nice to seen the case thrown out with prejudice

    I believe the suit was rightly dismissed, most of the people either have imaginary bases, or weak bases, or no base at all for suing big companies, they either want attention or are just too big of no lifers

    yea this wasnt a case of the big bad corp using its power to bully the smaller good guy

    You're all right, the guy had a really weak case, but none the less, I don't like the way google can seemingly do what they like, affect people's earnings, and never have to reveal what they are doing to the general public, if they don't have to answer this case, will they have to answer the next...feels a bit orwellian to me:(
