New to Digital point, but have two general directories up just now:

http://www.linkursite.info


Both are free for regular link submission (doFollow no recip required) with paid feature link options.

hiya javanx3d, have submitted my web directory to your site, linkease, just an observation, you may want to move the banner covering the continue button on the bottom of the submit page, i couldnt find it at first, then just noticed a grey line, and assumed that was the continue button, thankfully it was lol.

roar, on linkease, click the submit link button, then choose the category you wish to submit to, when you have finished the details, the continue button is under the small banner on the bottom of the page.

Thanks for the feedback. I fixed the Linkursite issue that was trying to require $1USD for regular and reciprocal links and should be back to totally free. My apologies, was mucking around with the admin interface and mucked that up somehow!

On the usability issue with LinkEase I coud not recreate the submission button issue you came across with the current version of Mozzilla on a Windows box. Can you confirm your browser and version when you have a chance so I can try to re-create and fix? Thanks much for the feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. Trying to recreate that condition here to get whatever's mucked up working right. I've had the two directories for a few months now. Just been trying to keep up with processing the submissions that come in manually without allowing the junk to go through. Any recommendations you have for a newbie to directories is more than welcome!

I checked http://www.linkursite.info/index.php?c=377 in shopping category ecstasy pills and vibrator links

 

Doh! Will do. There were about 2K links in these when I got them, will get rid of that junk. THanks for pointing out!

To alleviate some of the issues with www.Linkease.info not being up 99.9% of the time I just finished a server migration in the last day+ in the event you could not post links. Apologize for any inconvenience, but I wouldn't have found out about a larger server issue without your good feedback. No issues with LinkUrSite's uptime, though I will likely migrate that one soon as well to avoid repeats of the problems pointed out in this thread.

Next up is to keep removing the junk directory entries.

From your great feedback the other week, I figured the easiest way to clean out a lot of the junk that I inherited in LinkEase.info would be to upgrade to 3.4 of the PhP Directory Script. Updated and live with free article and link submissions, paid featured for each. Please let me know if you see if I broke anything in the upgrade and thanks again for looking if you have time. I'll do LinkUrSite.info next week once I get the CMS down. Of interest is if you see any inappropriate links still there after I went through on the various adult keywords seeking and deleting. Thanks again!
