Hey I checked it out it is a legit system. What it is you have to write an article which is then published on blogs relevant to your niche giving you relevant backlinks. The website he is promoting has a PR of 4 so they have some good quality backlinks any way it looks like a good system of viral article marketing.
And you should be skeptical...as there is nothing free. FTS or Free Traffic System does work – however they leach off your efforts in a way. For one you have to write articles that are at least 450 words each. So here is the catch: They insert their own affiliate link ads on top, bottom and sometimes even in between (yes they actually split your article in half with Adsense....) And here is another downside with FTS. I tracked some of my backlinks and was not too happy to find out that 3 out of 4 of my articles were published on PR0 and PR1 blogs. That's super lame if you ask me. The moral of all of this is that you're better off publishing your stuff on something like EzineArticles or something along those lines. it depends on how many articles you submit. 1 article can be posted (and spinned) to a max of 30 blogs. so yes its unlimited but up to you on how far you go.
