    plz don't mind but an adsense mini site shdn't ask for 4-5 times monthly revenue. Your asking price is too high. What if competition for the keyword increases now that u have revealed it and u lose out on google rankings. Traffic will fall and so will adsense earnings. You have to be considerate of this risk that the buyer faces !!!

    Thanks everyone for your comments. i dont mind anything as long as you are not suspecting anything out of me because I'm a reputed member around teh web for quite sometime now with 250+ trader ratings on about 3 domaining forums.

    Also, why I think it should be worth 12 to 15 months revenue is because it has been a CONSISTENT revenue generator from last 2 years. The Google rankings hasn't fallen for last 2 years, so why would it fall right after we have sold it??

    You were one of those few who sent me a private message asking for all the stats left, right & center, then ran away like a lil BITCH cuz 1. maybe you dont have enough money or 2. you just dont know the value of CONSISTENT earning site.
