Is Social Bookmarking Services Allowed here ?

    Hello !
    1 hour ago or so, I started a service for Social Bookmarking .
    Then I read a stickly thread saying that its those who offer MIXED services, should request the social bookmarking part beeing cut off from the thread.

    So, is it allowed or not ?

    If not, where can I contact a moderator from the BST - Services forums to delete my thread so I dont get banned?
