I'm using it with wordpress. Just enter the code at the very top in single.php - you'll get all pages unlocked, but all posts will be protected with CPALead gateway. That's really easy.

 

First i really appreciated CPALead efforts, They are great!

As mention in previews threads every day about 6-9 visitors complain that after filling the survey they are unable to unlock the site, i tell them make sure they fill the survey correctly and then again same answer.

Also yeterday for the survey Want to Play FreeLotto i get 4000 clicks from india but only 1 lead, when i check why its happen and click on the Want to Play FreeLotto its say the survey is not available in your country check from India and Pakistan survey window open but survey not available in country why

However i select the country bypass option but still its show the survey which are not available, mean my visitors are unable to access the website.

I think CPALead do some work to fix these problem.

 

Also, I'm using both tools, gateway and Active Survey Display (ASD). So some visitors who like my website, can fill out surveys they want or like. So, I continue experiments

 

How do you use ASD ? I have only used the gateway so far.

new page, add source code for ASD. Put link from your homepage to ASD with some attractive text That's it I should admit, it's not so effective as forced gateway, but still there some visitors who like my website and filling this optional survey to keep us streaming

 

The ASD can be a great tool if used correctly. You can use it to add "credits" Or what have you so people can view videos etc. In some cases it is better than a forced gateway and you can in some cases make a tonne more money.

For example, user needs 100 credits to watch a video. You can set the ASD up to credit the users account with the ratio of 1 cent = 1 credit. Meaning that he has to do atleast a dollars worth of surveys to get to the video, and ofcourse it means that they can browse your site etc, just cant start the videos.

 

Hey everyone...just wanted to say that i love this program and that i have had no real problems so far. I want to promote cpalead in an effort to gain "affiliates" under me but im not sure of a really great way of doing this sooo i was wondering if you had any 468x60 banners that you would be willing to let me use on my site to try and get people to use your program

I'd be crazy if I would have to fill out 2-2.5 surveys just to watch 1 video Would go to another site, more user friendly However, should admit your idea is great with some tweaking Gonna try it when I have my time. For example, you offer paid services that would for sure cost them money and the user can get them for free if... here goes your idea

this is a very interesting thread and I just joined CPALead. Hope to make lots of $$$ with this.

The thing is though. They get complete viewing of all your videos and the comments etc. To grow a big viral site, ASD is definitely a better option. If you just want to throw ppc at a gateway or similar, then obvously not as good.

Although i must say, this is NOT what the ASD is supposed to be used for (Although you wont get in trouble for doing so). It is supposed to be used for things like gaming sites to gain credits etc.

Hmmm... Probably, I'm doing something wrong, hope CPALeadTroy will correct me then. What I am doing is just offering my visitors to go to the page where they can fill out surveys to give us extra day of hosting (1 day of hosting = 1 credit, for example). I was pretty sure this is ok with Cpalead.

The second option (for paid services or whatever, I don't know), for example, if you have website with ebooks, you can sell them or can offer your potential buyers to fill out surveys to get ebooks they want. For example, 1 credit = 1 cent (or whatever). I didn't use ASD this way, but I'd like to know whether it will be ok.

 

Is there a way to make the gateway show up in front of DivX videos?

If not, how do you make it so that when you click on a certain button in the flash movie the DivX shows up?

 

Yah so what youve done is fine. Basically telling them that if they want to support you, go fill out a survey. Not a problem.

The second option is also fine. Well... They are a bit iffy about GPT sites. So you cant give them cash in hand, you can use the ASD however for a free ebook. But do it in "credits" not "cents". Dont take my word for it however, im just another publisher. But the hard and fast rule is that you cannot offer cash for filling out surveys, but gifts and freebies are fine.

No, no money What I thought is .. one of my websites offers a writing service, so instead of giving discounts I could offer them to fill out surveys to get free words in the article. Something like "250 words/page, so you can earn bla-bla-bla free words for your article." I'm not sure the customers will like it, but I think we need to use all tools available, something will work, something won't. When you\ve found something that works, just rinse and repeat

I love that thing with give us extra hosting - I didn't expected but it seems, some of my visitors love my site and start using that feature. I think it's much better than "donation via paypal," as nobody likes to give money, filling out survey costs them nothing but time.
Still, want to wait for CPALead Troy confirmation that these things are ok with them.

 

Yes thats fine. Aslong as you can find a metric to use. For example 1 cent = 1 word etc. You CAN do it per survey but it wouldnt be advised. I have used the ASD before and its easy as hell to set up. Aslong as you already have some kind of membership/login for visitors, it is easy to increase whatever variable you want.

yes, something like this. I'll need to learn how to install the Survey Post Back Tool, will spend time to try to get it working. all those "subid=your_users_subid_here" are a bit complicated but I think I just need to spend 1-2 hours to set it up. I'll ask you when I have troubles with it )

We don't allow Get-Paid-To (Complete Surveys) sites because it attracts a whole different group of end-users, and a lot of people out there making their livings from frauding surveys on GPT sites.

Paying out in in-game points is a different story since it only attracts those who are interested in those points.
