    as said above its betetr then to do it manual more control and to do it auto can put your site in risk of getting penalized by the search engines

    so many time automated submission will be reason for banned so manual is site submission is nice

    go for manual submission, you will be able to track all the sites that you have submitted to...just use a roboform to keep you to have a quick submission.

    As for me, I like the first option (manual submissions). Manual submission with multiple titles and descriptions within a few days is very good.
