I am not sure what is going on. I have been sending emails inquiring about the work. It has been so many days more than what he proposed as deadline. He always replies back that he is sending the report and never does. This has happened twice in the last 5 days. Anybody else having problem with this guy?

 

i have the same problem..i gave him 3 h..to send me the report or to make refund..if not i will make paypal dispute..and leave a very very negative feedback...sorry, but u had a deadline!!!

** Read before Ordering! **

I have to say that I'm still not sure whether this guy is incompetent, lazy or overwhelmed and honestly, I am past caring.

I placed (and paid for) my order about 11Apr and waited for 5 days before I requested a status. I had received nothing alhough his advertisement claimed completion in 4 days. I was told it would be 4 additional days (the 19th). I didn't have serious heartache with this so I waited (like I had a choice, right? lol)

On the 19th I received a link to the 'report' and I attempted to download it. Since the report was uploaded to a filesharing website, I couldn't download it. (Long story short, I am out to sea and our network admins don't allow us to access filesharing websites). I emailed him and asked for a copy of the file rather than a link to it (and explained why). He promptly sent me an email with the same link to the filesharing site.

I emailed him again and asked him to send the FILE, not the link and he actually did, in Excel 2007 format (.xlsx format). We only have Excel 2003 installed so I emailed him back and asked him to save it in Excel 2003 format. That was the morning of the 21st. No response.

I emailed him again on the 22nd, no response.

I IM'd on DP on the 23rd once again asking for the report in Excel 2003 (along with instructions on how to do it) - I got a reply back with 'ook' however, no report was received via email.

I sent the request (well, more of a demand) for the info on the 25th, along with the warning 'Last request before I post a negative review and iTrader'. - I sent it via email and DP IM. He replied via IM that he is sending the report. That was yesterday and I still haven't received it.

At this point, he can keep it. Although he said he performed his service on the 19th, I have seen a zero increase in backlinks (it's REALLY easy to tell, I only had 1 before I requested his service and I was waiting for his to start before I started commenting on my own.) I honestly don't think he's a fraud, I just feel that what he provides is worthless, especially when you add in the absolute inadequacy of any form of 'Customer Service'. Considering the amount of time I've wasted trying to get what I paid for, maybe 'worse than worthless' would be more accurate.

My Bottom Line opinion: With all the competition and service providers for this service, pick someone else.

I wasn't overly concerned about the $7 - but if you feel the way you do, why aren't you givnig him a negative iTrader? This post will eventually drop out of site, but negative iTrader is the way to make sure others see it.
