    Get guaranteed ~ 50-150$ from new member?

    or

    20% - 50% Commission of Net-Revenue for the life time of a player?

    For casino i would go with rev share all day long and for poker i would go with CPA.

    I totally agree both - also use Rev-Share at casino nd CPA deals for poker affiliate programs. :)
