You can really get a good amount if you keep it on auction on some good place.
    I recommend sitepoint.

Normally you can expect 10 time more than monthly income. Good luck

If it is true to make $150/day and I were you, I never sell the site .
I will try my best to make the income stable and enjoy it .
    Why bother selling it ?

If income is already stable, so you can sell it at $150*365 .

hughmandy its very good income for nearly launched site . But if you wanna sell it for good price you have to wait for 6-8 months and keep your income and traffic. But why are you thinking that CPA network dont pay you? Did you broke some rules ?

No, not because of the rules. But some Network just won't pay. This will be my first ever CPA payment. Never tried cpa before this.

Being the fact that is only 2 weeks old, i don t think you could ask more than 2-4k, maybe a little more, but only if you show to the buyer guarantees the this conversions will be the same for a long term.

I think it's way to early to tell only 15 day's. Is it just from bookmarking and social networks. It will stablelize after a while what is needed to make that site a good seller is organic traffic build that up then you got something.

Seriously. I wouldn't pay a cent based on a few weeks of returns. You need to demonstrate much more continuity to make it an appealing buy.

Because of the niche you're working in (I think I know what it is ;)), the site is not worth very much as a "going concern." Your best bet is to ride it out and make your money while the market isn't *completely* saturated instead of trying to sell the site, because frankly you won't find a knowledgeable buyer who's going to pay you much for it at all.

I would say that not many people would be interested in a purchase, until you show a solid baseline of provable income. Most don't start looking at a site until it has been around for at least 6 months. With that they will take your annual income, and figure out what multiple they are willing to offer for it.

You haven't even got your first check from the network, and you're thinking about selling the site? If I were you I'd slow down and make sure the network paid, first. You may be dreaming of selling for big bucks, but if your CPA network thinks you're fraudulent, then your site is worthless.

If your site has a great design, sustainable income, and increasing number of users/pageviews then you should ask for 1 years revenue. You will obviously need proof of stats, but with the lack of age of the site it is tough to gauge. Good luck with the sale!

I just wanna know why u want to sell this site with $150/day. I think you are somehow cheating to get so much and u want to sell it as fast as u can. I might think wrong, but I'll NEVER sell a site like this for no reason ...

Well your numbers don't match. If it's earning you 150$/day and you have 500-700 visitors then your eCPM is 215-300$.

Take a chill pill. I didn't say I was gonna sell my site. I just want an IDEA of how much my site is worth. Read the title " How much do you think this site is worth?" not " I am selling a site which makes $150 daily".

Like I said it was an average eCPM. Yesterday I earned $450 with only 1,300 views. So that makes $346 eCPM.

Please, I don't get anything by lying here, I am not selling anything here nor am I promoting my website. Just sharing here;)

If i were you i would not consider selling the site so soon. Mold the site in a reputable destination for people on the internet, enhance the SEO efforts and it should double if not triple your revenue per day. Remember, CPC will increase gradually so remember to consider doing SEO (it is a long term marketing strategy). Good Luck :)
