Hi i know this is the wrong section, but i have done a similar thread in the past to this and haven't got a response. Im looking at buying a clickbank vendor account/product. Looking at every niche other then P2P and e-books. If you have something Just PM me. I will give a reasonable price. Thanks for your time.
Since you're not looking for p2p and ebooks, I'm assuming you're looking for some software like a registry cleaner or something like that, or some forex stuff. I think you might find someone willing to sell it to you, however a decent product making consistent 200-300$ per day with set you back at least 30.000$ and it can easily sell for more than that. If you don't have the funds to pay such an amount, I'd recommend you to just develop a product yourself, or pay someone to do it.
That's high for a $100 a day site. I'd say 15-20K for such site. Just look at the auctions at sitepoint, you'll get an idea for how much the sites go for. However, It depends how old the site is, if it's established and if the income is stable you might sell it for a lot. However, if for example you have a 2 month old site making 100$ per day, you cannot expect a lot for it.
Yeah, Swerd's right. I understand that you don't want P2P products (in fact there are none in CB anymore), but probably more than half of all products on Clickbank are ebooks.... So you either you have to accept ebooks, because there's actually nothing wrong with them, or look for a different affiliate network.
I've sold two of my clickbank vendor sites in the past 3 months, one for 30.000$ on sitepoint, the other one for 25.000$ on a private sale. If you guys want to buy a site, I'd recommend you to view the 'premium listings' tab at sitepoint, almost anyone wanting to sell a high profile site goes there, I've seen runyourcarwithwater aka centemax there, some forex sites, one of the top fitness clickbank sites as well. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, go to the clickbank marketplace and look for products under 10 gravity. There are hundreds such products, many of them are flops, however some of them have real potential. The one that you think has potential to grow, contact the vendor to purchase his site, and try to improve the product, take it to the next level. It's likely that the vendor has given up on the product, so I'm pretty sure you can get it cheap.
Good input, as usual, Ripped. I had thought of that last night, and was wondering if I should try it out.... Guess so. In addition to the product I am developing, I'd like to build a small portfolio. Many low gravity products ARE good products, the vendor just doesn't know how to promote thme to affiliates. Jim
Yes, I agree, If a product has 8-10 gravity, in most cases, it can mean that the product converts, which is really important. I mean if 10 affiliates managed to get a sales, that is a sign that there is potential. However the publisher might've not done a too good of a job trying to get affiliates and get the product to reach the full potential. So your plan to buy smaller gravity products is pretty good, and it would be a nice addition to your portfolio
Very true. Im looking out for that kind of things. But im also looking out for sites that have performed over a long time. When i buy these sites, should i ask the seller, about a clause? so they can't open up a different site on the exact same thing? Thanks for all your help.
Yes, If you wish, you can get them to sign a "non-compete agreement", which states that the sellers aren't allowed to make a product that will compete with the one that is being bought.
I might be interested in selling my Clickbank product (link in signature) if I receive a decent offer. I don't really have the time to work on promoting it as I thought I would have.
