    Hey Guys,

I have completely renovated my site to attract visitors to buy. However people are still not buying. How can I get more sales? Anyone have any ideas. I am currently getting around 20000-30000 hits per a month and still only 1 or 2 sales? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Any tips on how to improve my site are as well appreciated. The only thing I can say is wrong now is speed which I will be fixing sometime around wensday when I buy a virtual server.

But can anyone think of anything else or should I just wait for the speed and see what happens?

    Thanks,
    Nick

It is indeed a very easy. First you need to have article based on the product that can easily grab the attention of your buyers. And also don't put much adwords or adsense in your blog because it can discourage your future buyers.

20000-30000 is a good traffict, but why only 1 or 2 sales? I think, type number of the order is not effective. Maybe you can change it with click button. This is just my opinion. :)

Try different landing pages with a good php prog and see which one work best... Lead your visitors where you want them to go and tell them what you want them to do!

The traffic might not be targeted or the site totally sucks.

You have to look at competition and provide something better.

Write quality content relevant to your niche. Make it informative, something that is useful to your readers. Also, promote your site in forums related to your product. Give freebies to attract readers and prospect buyers.

first of all know your target market!
then find interesting topics to your audience.
Interface really affects the audience, so make sure that the interface of your website looks good!

How many unique visitors are you getting? When anyone visits a site (depending on how many images this site has) a single page load can create dozens of hits. A single person can create hundreds of hits with one visit.

You need a Unique Selling Point - a reason why people would buy from you, not from all of those hundreds of other sites out there.

huge traffic does not mean good sales. I guess most of the traffic is not targeted and is just as it means Traffic

    hi friend,
perhaps you should try to improve the sales view, so that people may be attracted to buy it.

Correct. Hard to advise without seeing the site.

So far the people stating your traffic isn't targeted are about as correct as can be without seeing your site for specific review.

I think, since your site is called "Neighbor Nick's" that if you utilized more social media you might see a big difference in sales. Have you considered hosting 'episodes' on YouTube where you show off and talk about one or two of your products? It's an investment of time (to create the videos) and money (to buy the products in order to show them during your episode) but it would definitely pay off. You can host those same videos from YouTube on your site or even have a blog set up to show off your videos. What this approach would do is create confidence in your visitors that you personally like the products and it'd also give you a chance to pitch them to your audience. A name like 'Neighbor Nick' makes it sound friendly and personal so if you work that angle you might be more than simply another place on the web to purchase gifts, but a trusted advisor in gift buying, you know?

    Just my thoughts! :)

I think the atrocious speed has a lot to do with it, really. People with money to spend are certainly going elsewhere, you may want to have someone go through and make sure your vps is optimized when you get it.

Increase sales using a OTO (One Time Offer). Have a mailing list, or membership.. so once they have signed up they are taken straight to the OTO page.. Make a convincing page with a lower price for your product, include some bonus' etc that they can only get with the OTO.

I guarantee you make more sales!
    Hope this helps..
