Is there a mailing list plugin for Wordpress? By mailing list I mean a plugin where my readers can subscribe to my blog, provide there email, and be sent a newsletter when I publish them? Any help would be great!
Whats wrong with the regular ole' Feedburner ? It has an email subscription option that you can place in your sidebar, and sends an email update to your subscribers when you post. Or are you looking for something that you build a list with, and send newsletters ? For that I suggest that you use Aweber.
Feedburner from what I saw tells subscribers when I update my whole site. I just want something so that they can subscribe and get newsletters from me.
The best solution and the most professional one is Aweber. It's around $19 a month, and has all the options that you are looking for and you can set up multiple email newsletters with affiliate links, send them out in succession, and it has it's own design WYSIWYG to create a professional news letter. A few months ago, I looked for some free solutions and could not find anything other than trail versions of paid services. If you want it cheaper than that, just use an email plug in and copy the addresses on your own, organize your lists yourself, and design your newsletters from scratch and send them out that way.
Is there any plugin which will pop up a box while someone comes to our blog and tell them to enter email adress if they want to subscribe ? That can catch a lot of emails.

Tribulant Software's WP Mailing list plugin is useful and interesting, though not free. Helps create multiple lists and mail to them.
