I want to know everything about "Filmfare awards"..i just visited wikipedia to know more about this and found the original official site for FILMFARE AWARDS is www.filmfare.com I tried to visit it but it shows 500 internal server error. I think the company is down due to no sponsoring!!!! In year 2008 fair one was the sponsor but now its abandoned!!! Can anyone explain what's going on?
Well, as far as I know its the name of a magazine also along with the awards which come by this name. I saw the filmfare awards on TV last year. THey are good awards for the people of bollywood. - DIgital -

Filmfare awards is a show where bollywood singers, actors, supporing actors,etc are rewarded. It's done each year.

Filmfare is one of the biggest awards given to the cine personalities, who excel in their respective works they have done in their film industries such as bollywood,kollywood,tollywood etc.....
As far as i know filmfare(like Oscar) is one of the biggest movie awards in india...correct me if i am wrong
