I am new to advertising in general and am wondering if adwords or other PPC methods are a good way to promote sales on a health store site? thanks for any advice or past experience stories!

Adwords is very helpful for a job site. CPC is low so you can get more traffics. However, for a keywords like cars, then it will hurt your pocket for sure.

 

IMO, budget means the total cost per day, if you set it so little, does google show your ad on the search or the partner website？ Mine is $2!
