Not only have stats been way behind, but earnings are down as well, but only on AdSense. My eBay Partner Network and CJ earnings have been steady but AdSense is down almost 15% for the last 3 days.
my yesterday's earning was almost down by 50% .. i dunno it was lost in tracking or just by nature????
I normally don't get too concerned about down days, but Saturday is always my best-earning day and I was down 23% over last Saturday!
This makes me think if Google have some secret algo to calculate a pre-defined payout to their publishers using probability theory (based on visitation stats, historical daily payout, validity of clicks, visitors conversion) or like.
@onLoad Yup in case of downs they might be doing this without informin us. But they prefer to keep everything secret so the most we can do is make guessss...lol
Yesterday my earning are very low compared to last days, and very very low compared to last saturday/sunday ! Is also not normal my earning today, it's down 50% compared to last sunday. I think the problem is not resolved yet, only impressions are going up, and earning not ok. Maybe they want us to think all is ok when impression updated, but what about clicks ! ? This is very bad for me, because I was waiting to get my check for April earning.
Yea i do post things positive I just hate lazy people that are afraid to look first thats why theres a search bar on top of the forum unless you are lazy to.
Yeah, I noticed this as well it seemed like Saturday was much slower than today. I was scared I got banned!
I think I understand what they are doing, the adsense team. I found that the stats become in real time, I see my impressions updated every refresh. it was updated twice an hour before this weekend. But the problem is with the clicks, I didn't tried by myself, but they are surely not ok !
and guess what?? the sites on which I was receiving $0.8 clicks on average, I'm getting $0.01 (1 cent) click today... Dunno wuts happening????!!! All we can do is just hope for GOOD ;-)
My worst saturday this year in terms of earnings. Down about 40%. Sunday is shaping up to be the worst too. I hope the problems get sorted out soon, and that the missing earnings get credited to our accounts.
This is really common and expected. Just consider the amount of data they have to process each minute. Add to it occasional hardware maintenance and software updates.
