hey everyone. I need your tips on how to market my online ebook store, I have recently launched it but had not sales so I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how I can increase sales via marketing and promoting. Also does anyone recommend SEO for this website? thanks in advance, regards.
if you can hit stomping net in your search engine hit and read it,there is so much video marketing for free and for the paid one I think they only charge single dollar for it,
Thanks for all your responses people. OK i have submitted my sites to 100's of directories and submitted it to search engines and am in the process of building quality backlinks. Is there anything else i can do for the site?
I just checking your site and I see your meta keyword. I think, you need to find the best keyword for your site. Your keyword: Buy Ebooks Online - High Quality Ebooks, Buy Ebooks, Discounted Ebooks, Buy Ebooks Online, Ebooks. According me, it's poor keywords, if you don't believe, just check it here: adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal Good Luck
Well i have an email list of 15,000 ebook warez users, will this do any good and if so what software should i use to mail them, e.g. phplist.
yes phplist can be your mailing list sender but sometimes your email arrived in user spam box , or you can buy some mailing list sender
pommo mail as for e-commerce sites and SEO, it depends which package you're using as to how good it is for SEO. OScommerce is good IF you know PHP and are good enough to build custom SEO integrations (a lot of the OSC contribs are flawed). Your OScommerce setup has a LONG way to go yet before it is optimised properly..
Well use the regular methods and I think one of the things you would have an upper hand at is giving away a free e book to get readers to your website once their you have your demographic which should cause sales.
Make separate pdfs for your first chapters of your best ebooks. Give them away for free and collect their emails. If they like the first chapter they will go for the full ebook. I guess sitepoint sells some ebooks that way.
To sell ebooks you can use sites like Issuu and Lulu, self-publishing, and other sites like Blurb do the same, just choose which site you want to publish to, if you dont like particular sites, move to other sites.
I have had great success getting traffic from twitter lately. I think the idea of giving out chapters or other bonuses you may have would do great. Also, when you do make a sale, give the customer some free bonuses. It makes them much happier!
