Its not a scam. I think your problem is that you think its a scam because they don't have a payout button, and you don't know how they can pay without payment address. Well fill out your PayPal/MoneyBookers/ePassporte address here: http://hotfile.com/myaccount.html They payout every monday, so after you reach the payout limit, you'll be paid on the coming moday...
